    I can’t find the name of the supervisor at the Waterbury, Connecticut office of SSI, so I’m dropping a few lines here. I was told back in December that I could be added to Part B Medicare in February by a local customer service rep at that location. When I received my card, it showed the coverage began in March, not February. When i stopped in to the office in January, they had my application set aside and pinned to a board, waiting for February 1st to kick in, promising me it would be processed, and we were still good for February. On February 2nd I received a call from Orlando Rodriguez in that office, leaving a message and confirming my coverage was effective.
    At a time when the quality of customer service from our government agencies has such low expectations, Orlando and one other young guy in the office, whose name I did not get, followed through completely, and they did everything they promised. I really felt like these two guys gave me a little personal attention, something I never expected.
    Please see that this message gets to that office. The guys came through, and I owe them a deep thanks and acknowledgement for their fine efforts, and please let their superior know as well. Thanks.
